One Clean Snake

Wendy Foley, a 51 year old woman, discovered a rather large corn snake that must have slithered into the clothes washer while the door was ajar. Somehow it survived a whole wash cycle.
When Wendy opened the washer door, the type which was a glass front loading door, she saw something that didn’t look right.
“I took it to be part of a pair of jeans and then I wondered if it was a toy snake that children use. But then it poked its tongue out at me.”
She notified the SPCA and was told it would be the next day before they could come and remove it.
Her and her boys were frighten that it would escape the washer and roam through the house. They stayed outside for a while, but then later went to bed.
Wendy didn’t get much sleep that night as she kept watch fearing the snake had gotten out.
Wendy is very scared of snakes and has no idea where the snake came from.
