Everyone has probably heard about the story of how US Airways Capt. Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger landing an Airbus A320 into the Hudson river. After hitting a flock of geese that knocked out both engines he heroically landed Flight 1549 into the frigid waters of the Hudson. He was the last one to get out of the plane making sure everybody got out alive.

Many have praised the pilot...

• Mayor Bloomberg sang Sully's praises moments after the landing, "He did a masterful job of landing the plane in the river."
• "It's just incredible right now that everybody's still alive," passenger Alberto Panero said.
• "It was intense, it was intense," added another passenger, Jeff Kolodjay. "You've got to give it to the pilot. He made a hell of a landing."

We have just heard that the landing might not have been all of Sully's doings. It wasn't until recently that we found someone that could translate Squirrel to English. Many squirrels said they have known the real hero of the landing for almost a year now. They asked us to look at the photos a little more carefully and we would see who the real hero was... Super Squirrel.

Below is a photo of the plane as it was landing into the Hudson River. We were surprised to see that Super Squirrel was indeed under the plane helping it to land.
